Better service by measuring results

A customer satisfaction survey conducted in late 2024 shows a significant improvement in customer experience. Merimet Oy's customer satisfaction has reached a new peak: the NPS index increased significantly!

The survey assessed, among other things, the quality of customer service, product quality, price competitiveness and smooth cooperation. The survey was conducted as customer-directed interviews and a web survey, and the results were exceptionally positive.

Customer service and delivery reliability are praised

According to the survey, customers particularly appreciate the expertise and friendliness of Merimet's customer service. The high quality of the products and the reliability of deliveries also emerged as key strengths.

Significant increase in recommendation index

One of the key findings of the study is the significant increase in the Net Promoter Score (NPS) index, or recommendation. In the 2024 study, Merimet's NPS increased from +36 to +55, indicating growing customer trust and satisfaction with the company's operations. Spontaneous images support this development: Merimet is now more clearly associated with reliability, high quality and easy communication.

Machining and quality stand out

Customers feel that Merimet is on par with competitors or even better in the manufacture of demanding products. In particular, when it comes to machining, a large proportion of respondents see Merimet as standing out from competitors.

The results of the survey confirm that Merimet has succeeded in improving the customer experience and strengthening its positive image in the market. Customer feedback provides valuable information that allows us to continue developing and better meet our customers' needs.
